You will be emailed a watercolor rendering of your charm within 1 week of placing your order to be approved before it is put into production. If adding engraving, a member of our team will reach out to confirm your characters of choice. For handwritten engraving, you will need to provide a PDF, JPEG, or PNG file of the handwriting you'd like to have engraved.
